Euro Cut PU Classic HTV is a heat transfer vinyl manufactured in Europe! This range has a matte finish and melts right into the fabric to give it a screen printed look. This range is suitable for small intricate cuts and washes beautifully. Featuring great elasticity this range is suitable for cotton, polyester, performance wear, poly/cotton blends and even spandex!
Euro Cut PU Clasic HTV is both REACH compliant and meets Öko-Tex® Standard 100 Class I (tested for harmful substances) making it safe to use on children’s clothing!

Euro Cut PU Classic HTV
Euro cut PU Classic HTV is heat transfer vinyl comes with a carrier sheet on the top and a heat activated adhesive on the underside of the vinyl. The Carrier sheet stays on while cutting to keep the design together. As a result the HTV needs to be placed carrier sheet facing down to cut and set to mirror.

Application Instructions
As this range can be applied to stretch fabrics and needs to be applied more similar to Easyweed stretch with heavy pressure.
- Cut the vinyl on mirror
- Weed excess vinyl
- Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds
- Place the vinyl on the garment
- Using heavy pressure press at 160C /320°F for 15-20 seconds
- Hot or cold Peel carrier sheet
- Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing
Application instructions are based on using a heat press. If using a home iron or easy press ensure it is done so on a hard flat surface (not an ironing board) and ensure to use heavy pressure.
