Poli-Tape Poli-Flex® Premium GlossHTV
Poli- Tape Poli-flex® Premium Matt and Gloss heat transfer vinyl comes with a carrier sheet on the top and a heat activated adhesive on the underside of the vinyl. The Carrier sheet stays on while cutting to keep the design together. As a result the HTV needs to be placed carrier sheet facing down to cut and set to mirror.
Quick Reference
🔵 Temp: 160°C /320°F
🔵 Time: 15 seconds + 2sec
🔵 Peel: Warm for colours and lukewarm for neon colours.
🔵 Cut Setting: Iron on + (Iron on with more pressure)
NOTE: Recommended Instructions are for a heat press. Manufacturers recommend Easypress/Hand press users + approx. 20°C and to press on a hard surface. Do not use an ironing board. Press down firmly.
Application Instructions
- Cut the vinyl on mirror.
- Weed excess vinyl.
- Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds.
- Place the vinyl on the garment.
- Using medium pressure press at 160°C /320°F for 15 seconds
- Warm Peel carrier sheet for colours and lukewarm for Neon colours
- Press again for 2 seconds on same temp and time as above.
- Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing. Washing resistance up to 80 Degrees. Suitable to tumble dry. Wash inside out.
