POLI-FLEX® Reflex Reflective has a special retro-surface to designed to reflect light. It consists of microscopic, metalized glass beads laminated to a heat-activated adhesive backing. Ideal for enhancing visibility on safety workwear or adding bright, reflective colors to keep kids seen at night!
For best results, we recommend using a 60° blade (deep blade or blue cap blade).
This range is certified for use on baby & children’s clothing (REACH Certification (EC) No. 1907/2006). It is suitable for transfer to textiles like cotton, polyester, uncoated nylon, mixtures of polyester /cotton, stretch fabrics and polyester/acrylic. POLI-FLEX® TURBO can be used on T-shirts, sport & leisure wear, sport bags, cardstock, and much more.

Quick Reference for Heat Press
Temp & Time: 145°C for 8 sec. Peel: Cold Pressure: Medium or Bar 3
Cut: 60 Degree blade recommended (deep blade or blue cap blade)
Heat Press Application Instructions
- Cut the vinyl on mirror.
- Weed excess vinyl.
- Preheat garment for 5 seconds.
- Place the vinyl on the garment.
- Using medium pressure press at 145°C for 8 sec.
- Cold Peel carrier sheet
- Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing. Washing resistance up to 60 Degrees. Suitable to tumble dry up to 100 Degrees C. Wash inside out.
Like all HTV films, we recommend testing before commencing production.
NOTE: Instructions are recommendations for a heat press only. Due to the lack of pressure on an Easy press, Auto press or home iron, increasing the temperature approx. 20 degrees is recommended.
