Love sublimation and infusible ink but want to print on cotton? No problem! Teckwrap Sublimation HTV is the solution.
Teckwrap Sublimation HTV is a beautifully smooth, matte white heat transfer film that is compatible with cotton fabrics. This unique HTV enables the transfer of vibrant colors, allowing you to transform cotton fabrics using dye sublimation and infusible inks.
Suitable textiles: Cotton (all colors)
Available sizes: A4, A3 or 30cm x 1 metre. Metre rolls will be cut in one continuous length unless its the last of our stock and only pre cuts are available.
Colour: White – Smooth Matt finish
This product does not require application tape, it’s already on the product.
Teckwrap – Sublimation HTV
Application Instructions
- Print your image on your sublimation printer, or use your infusible ink sheets.
- Cut out your shape on the Teckwrap sublimation HTV
- Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds
- Place the vinyl on the garment
- Using medium pressure press at 150°C for 10-15 seconds
- Peel carrier sheet
- Place your sublimation paper/infusible ink on top of your pressed HTV. Make sure to tape down so it doesn’t move while pressing
- Using medium pressure press at 190°C for 60 seconds
- Peel off paper/ infusible ink sheet when cold
- Using medium pressure press again at 150°C for 8-10 seconds to prolong durability.
Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing. Wash inside out.
Do not tumble dry, Do not dry clean, No bleach or aggressive chemicals, Do not iron on print after pressing.
