SMTF® Prime Flex Everyday HTV is a smooth, flexible PU heat transfer vinyl designed for everyday use. It’s suitable for a variety of projects including t-shirts, bags, workwear, and casual apparel. This HTV has semi gloss finish with a soft feel and holds up well through regular wear and washing.
This range is suitable for cotton, polyester and cotton poly blends.
SMTF® Prime Flex Everyday HTV is CISPA certified (tested for harmful substances) making it safe to use on children’s clothing!

SMTF® Prime Flex Everyday HTV
SMTF® Prime Flex Everyday HTV has a clear sticky carrier sheet on top and a heat-activated adhesive on the back. The carrier sheet helps keep the design in place during cutting and pressing. To cut, simple place the vinyl carrier side down on your mat and mirror your design before cutting.

**EasyPress users**: Like other HTV films, manufacturers recommend adding 20°C to your application.
Please note this range has a frosted application tape. This side faces down on your mat to cut
Washing resistance up to 40 degrees C, best inside out. Do not use bleach or other aggressive chemical agents. Do not Dry clean. Suitable for cotton cycle tumble dry
Application Instructions
- Cut the vinyl on mirror
- Weed excess vinyl
- Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds
- Place the vinyl on the garment
- Using heavy pressure press at 150C for 10 seconds
- Hot or cold Peel carrier sheet
- Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing
Application instructions are based on using a heat press. If using a home iron or easy press ensure it is done so on a hard flat surface (not an ironing board) and ensure to use pressure.
