SHIPPING INFORMATION

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch within 12-48 hours of receiving your order unless during peak periods. We use Australia post for all orders 5kg and under which is subject to their delivery times. For larger orders over 5kg couriers will be used. However, we usually find most orders are received within 2-10 business days. If you require express postage please select this option at the checkout for an additional cost. Please note we are not liable for postage time taken to deliver through the post. We do not accept returns for change of mind or postage delays caused by Australia post.

If your parcel is taken to the post office for collection it will need to be collected within 10 days or they may return to sender. If this is the case please note postage will need to be paid for again as Australia post wont cover the second lot of postage. This includes free postage orders. 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free EXPRESS shipping on all orders $150+ to anywhere in Australia. This excludes the full roll items marked as pick up only. If you would like any of the pick up items posted please contact us for a quote. For full rolls we offer discounted postage.

Shipping is based on weight and starts from $8.99 (tracked postage). There is no need to enter your address to see the shipping cost, it is visible automatically in the cart.  All orders are sent as tracked postage. Both standard and express options are available at checkout.

Signature on Delivery

If you would like signature on delivery please add the charge to cart via searching the key word ‘signature’ in our search box. Or alternatively, if you believe your place of residence will not be attended at the time of delivery you can have it sent to a parcel locker. These are free with Australia post. 

If the order is showing delivered but can not be located a photograph will be sent to the purchaser. If it is believed to be stolen a police report must be made.

Please note:  We are located in Malaga and Carlisle, Perth,  Western Australia. Please take care when selecting your shipping method. If local pick up is selected by mistake an invoice for shipping will be sent. Order cancellations may incur a fee to cover cost occurred to us via the payment gateways.

Do you deliver to anywhere in Australia?

Yes, deliver to anywhere in Australia. Once your order is on its way, you will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Or you can simply log into your account, click on your order and track it from there.

Do you accept returns

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any products once they have left the premises. Due to the inability to guarantee how the products were stored or looked after once they left the premises. This can cause the products to no longer be resalable. We do not accept returns if in the event there are delays caused by a Courier or postal service. Please ensure to read all product descriptions and select carefully.  Feel free to contact us prior to purchase with any questions you may have.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible to check its status. Once your order has been packed we cannot cancel the order. Please note all orders that have not been packed and require cancellation will incur a 15% fee. If in the event the order is under $3 this will be a minimum fee of $1. This to cover the admin and processing fees charged to us by the payment gateways. This includes partial refunds and changes from shipping to local pick up. If in the event your order has already been packed we cannot cancel at this stage.

Please note: We are located in Malaga and Carlisle, Perth Western Australia. Please take care when selecting local pick up by mistake to avoid a delay in your order being sent. If local pick up is selected by mistake an invoice for shipping will be sent. Order cancellations incur a 15% fee to cover cost occurred to us via the payment gateway on the initial and reversal transactions.   

Orders late due to postal carrier or lost in transit

If an order is delayed with the postal service an investigation will be raised by the carrier. Once the postal carrier’s investigation is complete an outcome will be sent to us. This is usually within 10 business days.

  • In the event the item is delivered late we are not liable for any delays due to the postal carrier. If you need you order in a hurry please select Express postage at the checkout. 
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind and are not liable for postal delays caused by Australia post
  • In the unfortunate event an item is declared lost by the carrier you will be given the option of either a refund or replacement.
