Shop:   Yes! Walk in shopping welcome. Feel free to bring in items to colour match
Phone:  We do not have a direct phone line. Our business is extremely fast paced and we often get chatting with customers and aren’t available to answer. Email via our website contact form is the quickest way to contact us. It comes through on our computers so the next person available will reply as quick as we can (often within minutes!). We can then can direct it to the right warehouse. Please note replies are Monday to Friday during our main business hours.

Emails + Order Tracking:  Occasionally emails can end up in the wrong folder. Click ‘not junk’ and it will fix it for next time. Your tracking number is located in the completed email with your invoice attached. You can also log into your account and track all orders directly from there. 

**CONTINOUS LENGHTS** : Metre & half metre lengths are automatically packed as one roll, unless between our master rolls, or if its the last of stock available. Eg. 10 Meters is sent as one length, not 10 individual rolls.
