Once your order has been placed we pack your order as soon as possible to ensure you receive your order promptly. We do try to accommodate changes, but if your order has already been packed we cannot make any alterations at that stage. Please contact us asap via our contact page if you have any questions or change requests.
If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible to check its status. Please note all orders that require cancellation will incur an 8% fee to cover the administration and processing fees charged to us by the payment gateways. This includes partial refunds and changes from shipping to local pick up. If in the event your order has already been packed we cannot cancel at this stage.
Please note: We are located in Carlisle, Perth Western Australia. Please take care when selecting local pick up by mistake to avoid a delay in your order being sent. If local pick up is selected by mistake an invoice for shipping will be sent. Order cancellations may incur a fee to cover cost occurred to us via the payment gateway.
Orders late due to the post or lost in transit
If an order is delayed with the postal service an investigation will be raised by the carrier. Once the investigation is complete an outcome will be sent to us. This is usually within 10 business days.
- In the event the item is delivered late we are not liable for any delays due to the postal carrier.
- If the item is delivered too late you may have the option to return it to us however we are not liable for return postage. The order cost will be refunded once received and inspected by us.
- In the unfortunate event an item is declared lost by the carrier you will be given the option of either a refund or replacement.
If you have a change of mind, please contact us via the contact form. We accept returns for change of mind at the buyer’s expense. Items must be returned in person or via tracked postage and in the same condition as when they left. If returning via postage a receipt of postage confirming the tracking number must be kept by the buyer. Once we have received the return we will assess the item/items and provide a full refund for products only.
All orders placed are considered complete and received 30 days after orders are either marked as delivered by Australia post/Courier or collected from our collection points. Any discrepancies must be reported within this time frame along with photos of the picking slip and order received.
