Website Images

All photos used on our website are a guide only and can look slightly different from screen to screen and under different dynamics. Catalogues are available to purchase which real product are used as a colour guide.  Some items such as Styletech Opals and Stahls effect/disco films are designed to have a chameleon effect which look different from every angle. These items are hard to photograph due to their nature and all images are only a guide. By purchasing on our website you agree to these terms and conditions.  Catalogues are available to purchase which contain actual product if they need to be seen first before purchase. We are always happy to provide more product images at any time via email if requested.  

Shipping Delivery

If you would like signature on delivery please add the charge to cart via searching the key word ‘signature’ in our search box. Or alternatively, if you believe your place of residence will not be attended at the time of delivery you can have it sent to a parcel locker. These are free with Australia post. 

If your parcel is taken to the post office for collection it will need to be collected within 10 days or they may return to sender. If this is the case please note postage will need to be paid for again as Australia post wont cover the second lot of postage. This includes free postage orders. 

Free Shipping

We offer free EXPRESS shipping on all orders $150+ to anywhere in Australia. Please note this offer excludes the full roll items marked as pick up only. If you would like any of the pick up items posted please contact us for a quote. For full rolls we offer discounted postage.

Order changes

Once your order has been placed we pack your order as soon as possible to ensure you receive your order promptly. We do try to accommodate changes, but if your order has already been packed we cannot make any alterations at that stage. Please contact us asap via our contact page if you have any questions or change requests. Please note that once your order has been packed or shipped we cannot cancel the order. Orders may be sent as single lengths if under 4meters. All order 4meters and over will be sent as one length. 

 

Order Cancellations & Change of Mind

If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible to check its status. Once your order has been packed we cannot cancel the order. Please note all orders that have not been packed and require cancellation will incur a 15% fee. If in the event the order is under $3 this will be a minimum fee of $1. This to cover the admin and processing fees charged to us by the payment gateways. This includes partial refunds and changes from shipping to local pick up. If in the event your order has already been packed we cannot cancel at this stage. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any products once they have left the premises. This includes electrical items. Due to the inability to guarantee how the products were stored or looked after once they left the premises. This can cause the products to no longer be resalable. 

If in the event the order falls under free shipping and the order is returned, the cost of the initial shipping on the order will not be refunded. 

Please note: We are located in Malaga and Carlisle, Perth Western Australia. Please take care when selecting local pick up by mistake to avoid a delay in your order being sent. If local pick up is selected by mistake an invoice for shipping will be sent. Order cancellations incur a fee to cover cost occurred to us via the payment gateway.   

 

Orders late due to the post or lost in transit

If an order is delayed with the postal service an investigation will be raised by the carrier. Once the investigation is complete an outcome will be sent to us. This is usually within 10 business days.

  • In the event the item is delivered late we are not liable for any delays due to the postal carrier. If you need you order in a hurry please select Express postage at the checkout. We also offer Free Express Post on all orders over $150 
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or due to postal delays caused by Australia post.
  • In the unfortunate event an item is declared lost by the carrier you will be given the option of either a refund or replacement.
  • If the order is showing delivered but can not be located a photograph will be sent to the purchaser. If it is believed to be stolen a police report must be made. 

 

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any products once they have left the premises. This includes electrical items. Due to the inability to guarantee how the products were stored or looked after once they left the premises. This can cause the products to no longer be resalable. We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases or orders delayed as a result of Australia post. Please ensure to read all product descriptions and select carefully.  Faulty products are required to be posted back to us to be assessed by the manufacturer. Once assessed, if deemed as faulty you are given as an option of a refund or a new item sent. Return postage on products deemed faulty are also covered by us. All procedures followed are those outlined by the ACCC. We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases or delays due to the postal system. In the case products are sent in error. Products must to be returned to us in order for the satiation to rectified. No refunds will be processed until product is received back to us.  

 

Orders Received 

All orders placed are considered complete and received 30 days after orders are either marked as delivered by Australia post/Courier or collected from our collection points. Any discrepancies must be reported within this time frame along with photos of the picking slip, product stickers and order received.
