Collection process

 

All orders need to be placed on our website ahead of time.

When your order is ready, you will receive a ‘Ready for Pick up’ email. Please ensure phone numbers and email addresses are correct upon checkout in case we need to contact you regarding your order.

Please wait for your collection email before arriving.

Our warehouse is located in Malaga. For urgent orders please select Malaga Pick up for a faster turnaround time. Minimal stock is kept at Carlisle and orders need to be transported between sites.

Pick up business hours:

Malaga Warehouse:

Mon – Fri:  10am-2.30pm
Sat, Sun and Public holidays:  Closed.

Walk in orders: Please order online as eftpos is not available from Malaga

 

Carlisle collection point:

Mon – Fri:  11am-5pm
Sat, Sun and Public holidays:  Closed.

Turnaround time : Minimal stock is kept at Carlisle and the majority of orders need to be transported between sites. All orders placed before 5pm AWST will be ready for pick up from 11am the following business day.
Walk in orders: Black, white, silver and gold vinyl as well as application tapes are kept on site for walk in orders. Eftpos or cash payment can be made on site

 

 

As we are a small family business with young children there are rare circumstances where we have to open late or close early. However if these situations arise we will attempt to contact you regarding a change of pick up time for your order. Please follow us on Facebook for updates.

Order and payment is to be placed through our website so we can get your order ready prior to pick up.

All prices on our website include GST.

Order Changes

Once your order has been placed we pack your order as soon as possible to ensure you receive your order promptly. We do try to accommodate changes, but if your order has already been packed we cannot make any alterations at that stage. Please contact us asap via our contact page if you have any questions or change requests.
