Collection process

All orders need to be placed on our website ahead of time. When your order is ready for collection you will receive a ‘Ready for Pick up’ email. Please ensure phone numbers are correct upon checkout in case we need to contact you regarding your order.  All orders placed before 6pm AWST will be ready for pick up the following business day.

Pick up location

Local pick up is available from our second business (Ascot Radiator Service) located on Oats Street in Carlisle, WA. Order and payment is to be placed through our website so we can get your order ready prior to pick up. All orders placed before 6pm will be ready for pick up the following business day. 

Our pick up business hours are:

Mon – Fri:  9.30am-5pm
Sat, Sun and Public holidays:  Closed.

As we are a small family business there are rare circumstances where we have to open late or close early. However if these situations arise we will attempt to contact you regarding a change of pick up time for your order.

Order changes

Once your order has been placed we pack your order as soon as possible to ensure you receive your order promptly. We do try to accommodate changes, but if your order has already been packed we cannot make any alterations at that stage. Please contact us asap via our contact page if you have any questions or change requests.
