Pick up Process

All orders need to be placed on our website ahead of time. When your order is ready for collection you will receive a ‘Ready for Pick up’ email. Please ensure phone numbers are correct upon checkout in case we need to contact you regarding your order.  All orders placed before 6pm AWST will be ready for pick up the following business day.

Please Note:  ***We are not a retail storefront and as of such do not currently take walk-in orders***

Order and payment is to be placed through our website so we can get your order ready prior to pick up. All orders placed before 6pm will be ready for pick up the following business day.

All prices on our website include GST. 

Our pick up business hours are:

Mon – Fri:  9.30am-5pm
Sat, Sun and Public holidays:  Closed.

As we are a small family business there are rare circumstances where we have to open late or close early. However if these situations arise we will attempt to contact you regarding a change of pick up time for your order.



How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order. We use Australia post for delivery which is subject to their delivery times. However, we usually find most orders are received within 2-10 business days. If you require express postage please select this option at the checkout for an additional cost.


How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders $150+ to anywhere in Australia.

Shipping is based on weight and starts from $6.45 (registered post). There is no need to enter your address to see the shipping cost, it is visible automatically in the cart.  All orders are sent as tracked postage via Australia Post. Both standard and express options are available at checkout.

Please note:  We are located in Carlisle, Perth Western Australia. Please take care when selecting your shipping method. If local pick up is selected by mistake an invoice for shipping will be sent. Order cancellations may incur a fee to cover cost occurred to us via the payment gateway.   


Do you deliver to anywhere in Australia?

Yes, deliver to anywhere in Australia via Australia post. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once your order is on its way, you will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Or you can simply log into your account, click on your order and track it from there.
