URGENT ORDERS: please visit us instore to purchase. Cash and Eftpos payment available. Please note Afterpay is online only and not available in store at the registers.
All orders placed online before 8am are ready to collect the same business day. When your order is ready, you will receive a ‘Ready for Pick up’ email.

As we are a small family business with young children there are rare circumstances where we have to open late or close early. However if these situations arise we will attempt to contact you regarding a change of pick up time for your order. Please follow us on Facebook for updates.
ORDER CHANGES
Once orders are placed we pack them as soon as possible to ensure you receive your order promptly. We do try to accommodate changes, but if your order has already been packed we cannot make any alterations at that stage. Please contact us asap via our contact page if you have any questions or change requests.

At this time we do not have a direct phone line. Our business is extremely fast paced as we often get chatting with customers and aren’t available to answer. Email (via our contact form) is the quickest way to contact us. It comes through on our computers so the next person available will reply as quick as we can and we can direct it to the right warehouse. Please note replies are Monday to Friday during our business hours.
