POLI-FLEX® TURBO is a world class German made HTV that is incredibly versatile and certified for use on baby & children’s clothing (OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 category I certified). It is suitable for transfer to textiles like cotton, polyester, uncoated nylon, mixtures of polyester /cotton, stretch fabrics and polyester/acrylic. POLI-FLEX® TURBO can be used on T-shirts, sport & leisure wear, sport bags, cardstock, and much more.
If multiple metres are purchased they are packed as one length where possible.

Poli-Tape ® Turbo HTV
Poli- Tape ® Turbo is a German made heat transfer vinyl with a special hotmelt for fast application at low temperature. It has a sticky carrier sheet and needs to be placed carrier sheet facing down to cut and set to mirror.
Quick Reference for Heat Press
Temp & Time: 160°C for 3 sec, 150°C for 4 sec or 130°C for 5 sec Peel: Warm for colours and lukewarm for neon colours.
Turbo Bright, Metallic & Neon colours use as top layer only.
Heat Press Application Instructions
- Cut the vinyl on mirror.
- Weed excess vinyl.
- Preheat garment for 5 seconds.
- Place the vinyl on the garment.
- Using medium pressure press at 160°C for 3 sec, 150°C for 4 sec or 130°C for 5 sec.
- Warm Peel carrier sheet for colours and lukewarm for Neon colours
- Press again for 2 seconds on same temp and time as above.
- Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing. Washing resistance up to 60 Degrees. Suitable to tumble dry. Wash inside out.
Like all HTV films, we recommend testing before commencing production.
