RVC Infusible Ink Sheets
Reminder: Infusible ink sheets look dull. This is normal. As the ink is heated the colour will come out and be very vibrant!
How to use RVC Infusible ink sheets on Polyester shirts
- Use a lint roller to prep the item you are applying to!
- MIRROR your design to cut. If using for the first time test cut to ensure your machine is on the right cut setting. For Cricut machines we recommend Premium Frosted Glitter cut setting
- Weed your design. No fancy tools needed! We recommend weeding with your fingers.
- Use plain paper or butchers paper between your fabric layers to prevent ink transfer.
- Apply your design ink side down to the fabric, Transfer tape side facing up. Use HIGH TEMP HEAT TAPE to secure your design and prevent it moving. This will give you a crisps sharp image
- If using heat press, set your heat press to light pressure. Little pressure is needed
- Apply at 190 – 200 degrees for 40- 60 seconds for fabrics. The higher the temperature and time the stronger the colour will be so adjust as needed.
- Wait 24 hrs before first wash

- Weed your design. No fancy tools needed! We recommend weeding with your fingers or our flat tweezers from the Brayer Set.
- Apply your design ink side facing the mug. Make sure the design is tight and use HIGH TEMP HEAT TAPE to secure your design and prevent it moving
- Press for 3-4 minutes. On a cricut mug press do not do a full cycle. We recommend 4 minutes maximum.
For all other sublimation blanks – time will vary between materials and may require testing before beginning batch production. However, we recommend press temperatures between 185-195 Degrees. Use high temp heat tape and check to ensure ink has transferred enough to the substrate. If its not ready, press a little longer until desired print is achieved
