Puff is a heat transfer vinyl that expands to a 3D raised finish when applied! Puff is fantastic for use on caps, bags, and garments. For use on 100% cotton, poly cotton blends and polyester.
Due to the accuracy needed in application, use of a home iron is not recommended with this product. For best results use a heat press with firm pressure. Use product as top layer and heat once only. Subsequent heating will flatten the puff effect.
Puff is Oeko-Tex certified (tested for harmful substances) making it safe to use on children’s clothing!

Puff HTV is a heat transfer vinyl deigned to raise and give a fun 3D effect. It appears flat at first, but expands to 3D raised finish when applied with a heat press.
Quick Reference
Temp: 145°C Time: 5 sec +10 sec seconds Peel: Cold, after first 5 sec press.
Application Instructions
- Cut the vinyl on mirror
- Weed excess vinyl.
- Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds.
- Place the vinyl on the garment.
- Using HIGH pressure press at 145°C for 5 seconds. Peel application tape once cold.
- Press again at 145°C for 10 seconds.
- Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing inside out.
Care Instructions
- Cold wash inside out
- Do not iron on print or dry clean
- Wait 24-48hrs before first wash
TIPS
- Pressure is key!! Turn the dial or up the bar pressure number before starting
- If using an easy press it must be on a hard flat surface and get your body weight behind it with high and even pressure. Don’t not move easy press around
- Use other films first and apply puff as the last layer if layering HTV.
